After so much problems with my friends build im back with finishing my build to perfection. I would like to ask the community how do You cool the back VRM of RIVE? Are You using some RAM radiators with thermal tape ? Or are You using some kind of extra fat thermal pad which then dissipates heat to the case door ? I know that back VRM must be addtitionally cooled to get high OC. Anyone with experience with RAM rad+ thermal tape and thermal pad + case door ? It would be nice if You could tell me what tapes/pads are You using too and which are the best in Your opinion. I am using Scythe Kaze Master II panel and i want to monitor VRM the best i can but i do not know if this is safe if this thermal diode touches any parts on the mobo especially VRM tracks etc (my logic tells me its non conductive and safe but , well, better safe than sorry)
EDIT: In case of using RAM like heatsinks + thermal tape what thickness of thermal tape is the best to use ?
